Take Me Home Outfit & Newborn Care Kit 

Enrolled Program Participants can request a Take Me Home Outfit and Newborn Care Kit in their 3rd Trimester of their pregnancy.

Project Stork, Inc. will provide a new outfit to wear home from the hospital to new babies in our program.  We will also issue a  Newborn Care Kit.  This kit will include baby wash, lotion, diaper cream, and an infant manicure set. Submit a request below.
